Participants can sign up for just the 12pm Moving Practices class or for the entire intensive. Participants may join in the Collective Documentation whether enrolled in one class or the entire intensive.

Refund Policy

Once enrolled in a workshop or intensive, fees are nonrefundable. Tuition fees will be refunded if we do not meet minimum enrollment requirements and are unable to run the program.


HOW TO enroll

Dance, explore, and connect with us in our online winter intensives!
Just follow these 3 easy steps below:

1. Enroll! Sign-up for your selected Online Workshop and/or Intensive via the Mindbody website link below. You will find these programs located under the “Workshop” tab in date order.

2. Zoom! Download the Zoom App on your phone or computer prior to the start of your first class. Zoom is free to access. We recommend students create their own Zoom account for ease of participation!

3. Follow the links! We will email you your workshop and intensive Zoom links prior to their start. All Zoom links will be sent to you from school@americandancefestival.org

Online PROGRAM policies

Liability waiver

  • A liability waiver must be completed digitally within Mindbody when signing up for a class/program.

Platform & Technology requirements

  • Internet access
  • Smart phone, tablet/ipad, laptop/computer – any digital device with access to working camera and audio
  • Zoom (no cost to access)

Policies for being a participant in an online class/program

  • Class requirements/needs and recommendations are listed if required or will be provided via email in advance. Please fully familiarize yourself with these requirements for the best possible experience!
  • Students should have their own Zoom account and understand how it works prior to starting the class. Please follow the Zoom link, or meeting ID plus password, to arrive at each class that was provided via email.  
  • Arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Students will be held in a waiting room in the Zoom classroom. Everyone will be admitted to class 5 to 1 minutes prior to class start time – this ensures we can start class on time and together as a community!
  • No one will be guaranteed admittance into class if they arrive later than 5 minutes after the class start time.
