When will my monthly contribution be processed?
All monthly gifts will be processed on the 15th of each month. For example, if you pledge a monthly gift on April 25, your first gift will be processed on May 15.Will my monthly contribution end after a 12-month period?
Yes. Your recurring contribution will be processed for 12 consecutive months. After that period of time, no further monthly gifts will be processed unless you make another pledge. Prior to the close of your 12-month giving cycle the ADF Development office will contact you about renewal options for the following year.What if I choose to stop my monthly contribution?
Simply call or email Kate Kyle at (919) 684-6402 or kate@americandancefestival.org. In your email, please include your name and specify the date in which you would like us to stop your monthly contributions. We will follow-up with an email confirming your request.How will I receive tax receipts for my monthly contributions?
You will receive one tax receipt for your monthly contributions in December of each year for the total amount you contributed during that calendar year. For example, if you begin the monthly giving process in April, 2011 and elect to make a $10 monthly contribution, in December, 2011 you will receive a tax receipt reflecting a total tax-deductible contribution of $90 (reflecting the nine months you contributed in tax year 2011).How will my gift be recognized in the Playbill?
You will be recognized in the playbill for the 12-month value of your contribution. For example, if you begin the monthly giving process in April, 2011 and elect to make a $10 monthly contribution, you will be recognized in the 2011 Playbill for a $120 contribution (the full year value of your monthly pledge).Additional questions?
