Group Sales Plan
A block of tickets must be purchased with one order. Contiguous seating is available, when possible.

Flexible/Corporate Sales Plan
Group members must purchase their own tickets. Contiguous seating is not guaranteed.

PLANNING TIPS

  • Purchase group tickets before single tickets go on sale. (Single tickets go on sale May 11, 2009)
  • For the best seats, avoid the opening night performance of a company.
  • Plan, organize, and order early.
  • Look to your group members to spread the word and help promote the event. If someone in your group has been to the ADF or a dance performance, they can encourage other group members to attend the performance.

What constitutes a group?
A group consists of 10 or more individuals.

What if I don’t know what performance my group should attend?
ADF will be happy to provide recommendations based on the interests of your group.

Will I automatically get the best seats for my group?
When you place your group sales order you will receive the best seats available at that time in that price category.

Is there an advantage to placing my group order early?
Placing your order before single tickets go on sale will increase your chances of having contiguous seats. The earlier you order, the easier it will be for us to accommodate your seating requests.

Are there any additional fees or service charges added to the ticket price?
There is a $3 ticket-handling fee applied to your group order. Duke University charges a parking fee of $5 per car, per show in the Bryan Center Parking Garage for Page Auditorium and Reynolds Industries Theater performances. You may purchase discounted parking vouchers for $3 at the time you place your order.

Is a deposit required?
A deposit is not required. Payment is required in full at least 10 days prior to the date of the performance.

How do I submit my group ticket order?
Submit your choice of show, date, time, ticket level, and ticket quantity on the group sales order form. ADF will reserve the best seats available at the time of your order. You may phone, fax, or mail in your order.

How long does it take to process the order once I have submitted and paid for my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours unless your order is placed on a Friday.

How do I get my tickets once my order is confirmed?
If your tickets are being mailed, they will be sent out 5-7 business days after your order is paid in full. If your tickets are being held at Will Call, you may pick them up beginning one hour before the performance.

Can I return tickets if I need to after my order is paid for and confirmed?
You may adjust the quantity of tickets until final payment is made. Once final payment is made, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

When can we place our order?
You may place your order as soon as the season is announced. We recommend you place your order before single tickets go on sale.

Where do we park?
PARKING FOR DPAC is easy in three new decks with almost 3,000 spaces and just a few minutes walking distance of the theater. American Tobacco East Deck ($5), American Tobacco North Deck ($4), American Tobacco South Deck (free, except on game days).

PARKING FOR REYNOLDS is available in the Bryan Center parking garage, located on Science Drive. The Duke Parking Office charges a special-event parking fee of $5. Discounted parking vouchers (one voucher per car, per show) are available for $3 each when you place your order. Duke University employees with a Duke University parking permit do not need to purchase parking vouchers. Patrons must inform parking attendants of any vouchers held at Will Call.
