Founded in Ireland in 2005, ponydance has quickly emerged as one of the country’s most imaginative and entertaining dance companies. These champions of dance theater have enjoyed worldwide success with their infectious energy and laugh-out-loud choreography. They’ll make their ADF debut this summer with the US premiere of their hilarious show Where did it all go right?, a brutally honest and outrageously funny look into the numerous and quirky personalities often met in a pub setting. Audiences will most certainly laugh, cringe, and cheer during this charming and heart pumping dance piece that weaves them through a night on the town, all with masterful dancing.

Since being founded in 2005, pondydance has produced five evening length shows and has numerous works and dance films in progress. They have a keen interest in site specific work and have performed in town halls, cafes, bars, on the street and even on a barge. They have won numerous awards including the Audience Choice Award at the Pick’n’Mix Festival and have been commissioned by both the MAC Belfast and the Yorkshire Cultural Olympiad.
