Class Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Once we have reached capacity, applicants will be placed on a wait-list and will be admitted if a current student drops out. If enough students are placed on the wait-list, a second group will be opened in the program.

Payment and Refund Guidelines

IMPORTANT! Please read carefully!

Payment
A non-refundable tuition deposit of $200 is required with your application.  Space will not be reserved for you until the deposit has been received.  The deposit will be applied towards the full tuition of $735.  In the event that ADF is unable to accept your application, your deposit will be refunded.  The remaining tuition balance of $535 must be received no later than Thursday, December 1, 2011.  Payments may be made by check (payable to the American Dance Festival) or credit card.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, the ADF must receive written notice on or before December 1, 2011 in order to refund tuition less the non-refundable tuition deposit of $200.

No refunds will be made after December 1, 2011 for any reason, including the unlikely event the studio would be closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen calamities.
