ADF School Programs are at the heart of our summer season and attract students from around the globe. Our Six Week School is well underway, with students from such far-flung pockets of the world as Australia, Trinidad, Laos and Italy and across North America. Some have attended ADF before; for others, it marks their first trip away from home. Students bring with them a variety of dance backgrounds, training and aspirations, which makes for an exciting collaborative process throughout the six-week session.
Get a taste of what life is like as an ADF student as we follow young dancers Johnnie, Rachel and Lisa. Watch them navigate their way through daily classes, audition for the Footprints performance with accomplished choreographers, attend shows with visiting companies and enjoy some rare moments of downtime in So You Think You Can Dance dorm screening parties. Find out what draws them to ADF, and what they most look forward to this summer!
