DANCE ON A DIME

The current recession has generated significant challenges for the ADF and our patrons. To that end, in 2009 the Festival created Dance on a Dime. In addition to adjusting the organization’s subscription model so that the purchase of 4+ tickets saved patrons 30%, over 100 seats at Durham Performing Arts Center performances were available for $20 each. The ADF also continued to provide discounts to local college/university employees, senior citizens, students, and groups of 10 or more. Everyone should be able to enjoy the best modern dance has to offer.
