All students who attend the American Dance Festival may receive a certificate of attendance. Qualified high school graduates and rising high school seniors who wish to apply for academic credit from Duke University should mark the appropriate box on the application form. Duke University records undergraduate academic progress in terms of course credit. For purposes of transfer, a full course load is equivalent to eight semester hours (or two credits). Credit for work completed is subject to the approval of your institution’s registrar or admissions officer. Students enrolled in Duke Summer Session will receive a grade report from Duke University, not the ADF, upon successful completion of their course work. Graduate-level students and others with a BS or BA may request advanced-level credit, in which case their transcripts will bear a 200-level, graduate course number. North Carolina Public School Teacher Renewal Credit is available. Interested participants should seek prior approval from their school system before attending.
